Google Apps adalahlayanandari Google untukmenggunakannama domain kustomdenganbeberapaproduk Google. Fiturinimemilikibeberapaaplikasi web yang terdiridari: Gmail, Kalender Google, Gtalk, DokumendanSitus. Google Appsjuga menyediakan berbagai API (Application Programming Interface) yang sangat berguna bagi pengembang web maupun aplikasi desktop untuk memanfaatkan berbagai fitur yang disediakan oleh Google. UniversitasUbudiyah Indonesia selamainimenggunakanlayanan Google Apps untukpengelolaan email mahasiswa, tapipengelolaan email inibelumterintegrasidengan SIAKAD Akademik. Belumterintegrasipenggunaan Google Apps dengan SIAKAD mengharuskanpengelolaan email hanyabisa dilakukanoleh Admin sedangkanmahasiswatidakbisa mengelolaemailnyasecaramandiri. Keadaaninimenyebabkantidakefisiendanmembutuhkanwaktu yang lama dalampengelolaan email mahasiswadi UniversitasUbudiyah Indonesia. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini merancang sistem integrasi pengelolaan email mahasiswa UniversitasUbudiyah Indonesia menggunakan Google Apps API dengan bahasapemograman PHP, yang mengintegrasikanlayanan Google Apps dengan SIAKAD untukmemperluasakseslayanan. Hasil penelitian ini mahasiswadapatmengelolaemailnyasecaramandiri tanpa harus login ke halaman Google dashboard. Google Apps is a kind of service offered by google to use the name of custom domain along with its some products. This feature has few website applications consists of gmail, goole calender,gtalk, document dan site. This google apps also serves numerous kinds of applicatication programming interface which could be very advantageous for both website development and desktop application to utilize every kind of features served by google. Ubudiyah Indonesia University has used the google application service in managing students email, but this management is not still integrated by academic of Siakad. Due to this condition, all of the students email can only be managed by its formal administration while the students can not do it independently. Based on the issues of research design a system of integration management of email Ubudiyah Indonesia University students using the Google Apps API with PHP programming language, which integrates with Google Apps service to SIAKAD expand the access of the service. The results of this research students can manage their email independently without having to log into a Google page dashboard.
